I have used this service twice on my older huge whirlpool 3 door refrigerator. Calls are immediately answered and returned. Appointments are just as immediate. On this last repair they coordinated with my homewatch person and the repair was swiftly taken care of without me being there.
The repair earlier this year was a little more complicated but Konstantin came back 3 times until it was completely working. This company has intelligent people running and working it. They're on top of the problem and they follow up. They leave your house like they found it or even better...they clean up!

I had a great experience with Yurri, my refrigerator repair technician! He was extremely nice, professional, efficient, and thorough. He took the time to perform a system performance test and nitrogen pressure testing to pinpoint the problem, discovering a refrigerant leak rather than a problem with the compressor.
Yurri explained everything clearly and honestly, including that the compressor is getting older and may need to be replaced in a couple of years. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell me a repair I didn't need. He offered to fix the leak, and the repair took about an hour.
Although the service cost a little over $800, which initially seemed expensive, I’m so happy to have my refrigerator and freezer working smoothly again. I appreciated Yurri’s professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and friendly attitude throughout the entire process.
